At the Hazlehurst glass studio we aim to offer a professional service. We can offer a design service to give you a lead light that suits your personal taste, from traditional to modern designs. We have design books or we can create a unique design.

A lead light is not just a window it is a work of art which you can help to create, once the panel is fitted the effect of the panel changes through the day due to light conditions. On first meeting our clients we will discuss your needs and requirements from there we will do a number of designs to choose from, from there we will create a final design choosing colour and texture of glass.

It is now possible to fit a lead light into a sealed unit this is known as a triple glazed unit, this allows you to have the beauty of a lead light and the heat saving properties of a double glazed unit. We can remove existing lead lights carry out any repairs and clean up the panels and have them fitted into a unit.

A lead light can be used in a variety of ways including internal screens, room dividers, kitchen doors to name but a few.
We do not offer an on site repair service as the results never look as good as the original, we can remove a panel strip it down and remake it using the original glass replacing any broken glass with new glass. From start to finish we work closely with the client throughout the process keeping them updated.
